It may be the Minnesota nice in all of us, but valid criticism is hard to come by. Often we don't want to offend, or ruffle peoples feathers. So we are slow to offer criticism and often upset when others give it to us! If we were wise, we would accept it, and share it a bit more frequently. Valid criticism that is!
