Maturity

James 1:4 "Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."

Perseverance leads to maturity.  As I am figuring out my role and voice as campus pastor, I need to persevere.  Some days will be tough and I am sure to make mistakes, but I must stick with it.  I have an incredible team around me.  Today I must persevere.
