Matthew 6:27 "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?"
I didn't have to read any further today. I had to remind myself of this verse several times this morning and I didn't even realize I would read it this afternoon! I am working hard to let go of the worry and anxiety in my life. My life is God's and what will be will be. I will do my best to follow him and be who he has called me to be. I'm breaking free from worry. It doesn't add one single hour, but has the power to take many hours away. I'm done with it.
